A $100 monthly fee covers both high-speed internet and lawn care.

Pet FeesList Item 4
We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet.
We also require all residents to register with Pet Screening. This is $30 per household pet per year. $25 if paid by ACH. Fees do not apply to assistance animals.
